Questions we hear a lot.
Do I have to use you for everything?
No. You can hand us the whole project from A to Z, or just part of it: bring your own bottles and we fill them, bring your own formula and we produce it, or any mix in between.
What are your minimums?
We have really low minimums on non-custom merchandise, so you can make sure our products are right for your business without a major financial commitment. Your Account Executive will quote custom projects.
Is the consultation free?
Yes. There is no charge for the initial consultation, by email or at our facility. Facility visits by appointment only.
Can you work with my existing formula?
Yes. Send it over. Our team can produce it as-is, and our herbalists and chemists can suggest improvements if you want them.
Can I see products before I order?
Facility visits by appointment only. Get in touch and we will set one up. If we don’t offer the product you’re looking for, we’ll source it from our roster of registered, high-quality suppliers.
Can you ship directly to Amazon?
Yes. We can bag products, attach barcodes and other labels, and ship to Amazon or another fulfillment center on a specific date. We send you the box quantities, units per box, and box weights and dimensions so you can create your FBA and shipping labels.
